ランキング機能のためのデータ
- 取得項目: ユーザーID（アプリ内で生成される識別子）、プレイヤーネーム、スコアデータ、クリア情報。
- 利用目的: ランキングの集計およびアプリ内での表示、不正スコアの監視のため。
- 送信先: ランキングデータはGoogle社のサーバー（Google Apps Script / Google Sheets）に送信・保存されます。
アプリの利用状況
- 本アプリは、品質向上のため、個人を特定しない形での利用状況やクラッシュレポートを収集する場合があります。

2. 第三者への提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した個人情報を利用者の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、ランキング機能の実現に必要な範囲で、外部クラウドサービスを利用してデータを保存・管理します。

3. 外部サービスとの連携

本アプリには、X（旧Twitter）などの外部ソーシャルメディアへのシェア機能が含まれています。これらの外部サービスに遷移した後の情報の取り扱いについては、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従うものとし、当方は責任を負いません。

4. 禁止事項（逆コンパイル等の禁止）

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を固く禁じます。

リバースエンジニアリング: 本アプリのソースコード、アルゴリズム、リソースファイル（画像、音声データ等を含む）の解析、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、またはそれに類する行為。
改変・複製: 本アプリのデータを不正に改変すること、または本アプリを複製・再配布すること。
不正行為: ランキングシステムへの不正なデータ送信、チート行為、サーバーへの攻撃行為。

これらの行為が発覚した場合、当方は当該利用者による本アプリの使用を禁止し、法的措置を講じる場合があります。

5. 免責事項

本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負わないものとします。また、本アプリが全ての端末で正常に動作することを保証するものではありません。

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、本プライバシーポリシーをいつでも変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページ上に掲示された時点で効力を生じるものとします。
